Sensitivity analysis for publication bias in meta-analyses

Abstract: We propose sensitivity analyses for publication bias in meta-analyses. We consider a publication process such that "statistically significant" results are more likely to be published than negative or "nonsignificant" results by an unknown ratio, eta.
