“…Both germination rate and hyphal growth of Alternaria alternata and Penicillium digitatum were inhibited by boscalid treatment (Vega and Dewdney, 2015;Xu et al, 2020). Also, it was reported that the germination rate of Puccinia striiformis causing stripe rust in wheat (Kang et al, 2019) or Colletotrichum acutatum causing anthracnose in chili (Gao et al, 2017), was decreased by pyraclostrobin. Conidia and hyphae of Monilinia fructicola and Botrytis cinerea treated with mixtures of pyraclostrobin and boscalid did not germinate or develop well compared with untreated conidia and hyphae (Amiri et al, 2010;Kim and Xiao, 2010).…”

“…The EC50 values of carbendazim and mancozeb for C. acutatum isolates estimated, respectively, by the inhibition of mycelial growth and conidial germination, were 0.1946 µg mL -1 for carbendazim and between 0.24 and 0.85 µg mL -1 for mancozeb (Cai et al 2008;Gao et al 2017). For C. falcatum, our study demonstrated EC50 values of 0.2668 µg mL -1 for carbendazim and 0.3829 µg mL -1 for mancozeb, calculated based on the estimated resazurin reduction percentage, similar to the values reported for C. acutatum.…”

“…Pyraclostrobin controlled anthracnose on strawberry, bean, grape, and pepper plants (Conner et al, 2004;Gao et al, 2017;Samuelian et al, 2014;Turechek et al, 2006). However, recent occurrences of pyraclostrobin-resistant C. acutatum isolates in pepper and strawberry fields warned of frequently using pyraclostrobin (Forcelini et al, 2016;Kim et al, 2019).…”
