Sensitivity Ratios in Mycobacterium tuberculosis Complex Isolates

Abstract

Tüberküloz tüm dünyada ciddi bir halk sağlığı sorunu olarak halen önemini korumakta, özellikle dirençli suşlarla infekte olan hastalarda ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı klinik örneklerden izole edilmiş Mycobacterium tuberculosis kompleksi (MTK) suşlarının primer anti-tüberküloz ilaçları olan izoniyazid (INH), rifampisin (RIF), streptomisin (SM) ve etambutole (ETM) karşı geliştirdikleri direnç oranlarının tespit edilmesidir.
