Separation and purification of flavonoids from polygonum cuspidatum using macroporous adsorption resin

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to evaluate the separation and purification characteristics of flavonoids from polygonum cuspidatum (PC) extracts by using macroporous adsorption resins (MAR) mixed bed to improve the utilization rate of flavonoids.
