Separation of Enantiomers of Drugs by Capillary Electrophoresis, Part 6. Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin as Chiral Solvating Agent

Abstract: Following an extended screening project, 86 racemic drugs were investigated by capillary zone electrophoresis in the presence of the chiral solvating agent (CSA) hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin. A total of 42 drugs out of 86 tested was thereby separated into enantiomeric pairs.
