Abstract:This study aimed to study the parameters, which affect the separation of gadolinium(III) from
samarium(III) and determine extraction efficiency (%E) and stripping efficiency (%S). Parameter
selection was made to design experiment using two-level factorial based on response concentration of
gadolinium(III) maximum and samarium(III) minimum. A simulation sample of a mixture of
