Abstract:Domperidone, a gastroprokinetic agent, is a common drug to treat emesis. It was subjected to acid, base-mediated hydrolysis, peroxide-mediated oxidation, photolysis and thermal degradation according to ICH guidelines to observe stability of the selected drug under the stress conditions.
