Abstract:Sepsis is a life-threatening disease caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. Its pathogenesis is complex, and despite some advances in recent years, the mortality rate is still 25% to 30%. Sepsis treatment based on nanomaterials can be constructed for the purpose of eliminating infection sources and eliminating inflammation, which is an effective tool to fight sepsis.
