Abstract:Background
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) metastasis and recurrence lead to therapy failure. Posttranslational modification (PTM) mechanisms in HCC, especially those of recently discovered PTMs, such as lysine crotonylation (Kcr), are still poorly understood.
