Sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 spike transmembrane domain makes it inherently dynamic

Abstract: The spike (S) protein is a trimeric, membrane-anchored fusion protein that enables coronaviruses, such as the SARS-CoV-2, to recognize and fuse with their hosts' cells.
