Abstract:Sequential deposition (SD) is widely applied in the fabrication of high‐performance organic solar cells (OSCs). Nevertheless, the feasibility of SD in inverted photovoltaic devices is rarely mentioned. Moreover, the vertical component distribution in SD‐processed devices is still under debate. This study demonstrates that SD can achieve the entire bulk heterojunction morphology by precisely controlling the morphology of the active layer. To further promote photovoltaic performance, two post treatments, thermal… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
