SERCA inhibition improves lifespan and healthspan in a chemical model of Parkinson disease in Caenorhabditis elegans

Abstract: Introduction: The high prevalence of neurodegenerative diseases in our population and the lack of effective treatments encourage the search for new therapeutic targets for these pathologies.
