“…The result in this study appears to be consistent with the ability of the RSA test to detect Ig M early in infection from MG. The other studies state that in detecting IgM antibodies 7-10 days after MG infection, RSA is highly effective [2,7]. The lack of sensitivity of ELISA in detecting MG infection at the age of 28-32 in this study may be associated with initial infection.…”
