Abstract:Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) is a complication of systemic lupus erythematosus with diverse clinical presentations sharing common features with variable neurologic disorders. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may provide imaging evidence of structural brain abnormalities associated with symptoms of NPSLE.
