Abstract:The results of comparative studies on the fabrication and characterization of GaN/Ag substrates using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and magnetron sputtering (MS) and their evaluation as potential substrates for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) are reported.
