Sertoli-Leydig tumor and male pseudohermaphroditism discovered during inguinal hernia surgery

Abstract: AbstractThe diagnosis of inguinal hernia is usually clinical and it is performed with high sensitivity and specificity. Very occasionally, it may be confused with other diseases (lymphadenopathy, testicular pathology,etc).
