Sertraline as a treatment for PTSD: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract: Objective: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most prevalent psychological disorders. Methods to alleviate its symptoms range from ‘talking therapies’ to pharmaceutical interventions.
