Serum albumin and von Willebrand factor: possible markers for early detection of vascular damage in children undergoing peritoneal dialysis

Abstract: Purpose: Cardiovascular diseases are the main causes of morbidity and mortality in children with end-stage renal disease and the relationships among several relevant potential biomarkers were investigated in pediatric peritoneal dialysis patients.
