Abstract:It was shown that tobacco smoking was a major environmental factor which altered numerous changes in both antibody and cell mediated immune responses leading to increase the capability of the individual to develop various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, thus the current study aimed to assess the levels of both serum and salivary Igs in 35 individuals who smoking tobacco and compared them to 35 non-smokers group.
