Abstract: The aim of the research was to estimate the effect of different doses and combinations of iron and copper consumption with drinking water on lipid profile and oxidative stress biomarkers in albino Wistar rats serum. Rats were given drinking water containing 3 mg L −1 and 6 mg L −1 iron; copper 4.88 and 9.76 mg L −1 ; a mixture of 3 mg L −1 iron and 4.88 mg L −1 copper. Control group obtained pure drinking water.
