Serum, Seminal Plasma, and Sperm Count Monitoring During Treatment of Idiopathic Gynecomastia With an Aromatase Inhibitor

Abstract: We report on a case of idiopathic gynecomastia treated effectively with an aromatase inhibitor (anastrozole). Monitoring of the therapy included evaluation of hormonal parameters in serum and seminal plasma, along with sperm count assessment.
