Servant Leadership in Malaysian Da’wah NGOS: Western and Islamic Perspective

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of servant leadership (SL) from Western and Islamic perspectives, and analyse those characteristics in Malaysian Daʿwah NGOs.
