Service Innovation: Panorama of Studies in Brazilian Journals in the Business Administration Area

Abstract: This article aims to present the Brazilian scenario about service innovation, bringing the results of an analysis made in Brazilian scientific journals in the business administration study area, with Qualis Capes classification equal or superior to B2.
