Settlement of disputes upon termination of employment contract by agreement of parties

Abstract: The article discusses features of legal regulation of these legal relations, analyzes judicial practice. The leading research approach includes such scientific methods as dialectics, analysis, synthesis, and deduction, comparative legal and formal legal methods. The authors conclude that termination of severance pay stipulated by the agreement on termination of the employment contract does not indicate its illegality.
