Severe anorexia and weight loss induced by tacrolimus in kidney transplant recipients

Abstract: Common neuropsychiatric complications of tacrolimus include tremors, fatigue, headache, sleep disorders, paranoid reactions, and anxiety. Other, more serious complications include encephalopathy, convulsions, confusion, and coma.
