Severe Symptomatic Hypocalcemia, complicating cardiac arrhythmia following Cinacalcet (SensiparTM) administration: A Case Report

Abstract: Clinicians should closely monitor patients on calcimimetics for hypocalcemic symptoms and arrhythmia, even though asymptomatic hypocalcemia typically resolves without intervention.
