Sexing Frogs by Real-Time PCR: Using Aromatase <b><i>(cyp19) </i></b>as an Early Ovarian Differentiation Marker

Abstract: Most anurans have no identified sex-markers; therefore, alternative methods for identification of early changes in sex ratios are required.
