Small convenience samples suggest that LGB people were more aware of racial discrimination than heterosexuals (Kleiman et al, 2015 ) and national studies found a sexuality gap in supporting racial stereotypes, racial resentment, endorsing affirmative action, being emotionally connecting to people of color, and distrusting the police (Bunyasi & Smith, 2019 ; Bonilla & Tillery, 2020 ; Grollman, 2018 ; Jones, 2021 ; Schnabel, 2018 ; Taylor et al, 2020 ).
