Abstract: ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the impact of vNOTES on postoperative sexual dysfunction in patients undergoing adnexal procedures.MethodsWe analyzed data from patients who underwent vNOTES adnexal surgeries for benign conditions between May 2020 and May 2023.
