SF3B4 downregulation restrains lung adenocarcinoma tumorigenesis via 5′ alternative splicing of KAT2A

Abstract: Aberrant expression of splicing factors, including SF3B4, plays a vital role in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). However, the impact of SF3B4 in the progression of LUAD has not been studied well. Here, we demonstrated the effects of SF3B4 in LUAD via apoptosis, proliferation, migration assays, etc. Gene manipulations confirmed the role of SF3B4 via KAT2A.
