“…Lu et al also observed truncated rhombic and hexagonal perovskite-structured BaZrTiO 3 by ethanol introduction to the solutions. They indicated that the selective polarity-impact on various crystallographic facets of BaZrTiO 3 presumably changes the crystal growth orientation and results in heavily truncated bound by introduction of ethanol [22]. We can deduce that the different morphology and size of Mg 2 SnO 4 / SnO 2 composites by adjusting ethanol/water ratios are also closely related to the polarity-impact changing by more ethanol introduction into the solvent, since the different surface energies of different crystallographic planes in perovskite-structured MgSn(OH) 6 crystal.…”
