Abstract

Kurzfassung Die branchenübergreifende Digitalisierung der Wirtschaft führt nicht nur zur Entstehung innovativer Produkte und Dienstleistungen, sondern auch zu einem Wandel bestehender Marktlogiken [1]. Insbesondere digitale Plattformen werden in zunehmendem Maße als Wachstums- und Innovationstreiber des digitalen Wandels betrachtet [2]. Durch die Verknüpfung der Sharing Economy in Form des Kapazitäten-Sharings mit digitalen Plattformen können Unternehmen ihre freien bzw. benötigten Kapazitäten überbetrieblich ver- bzw. einkaufen und damit Negativfolgen der Unter- bzw. Überlastung, wie z. B. Kurzarbeit oder Überstunden, entgegenwirken.
