Sharp Bend With High Transmission at Microwave Frequencies by Nonreciprocal Magnetic Domain Wall Waveguide

Abstract: Based on the nonreciprocal magnetic domain wall (NMDW), we propose a method to achieve 2-D bends as sharp as 90°and 120°. Numerical simulations reveal great transmission improvements induced by NMDW over wide frequency ranges in microwave regime. For 90°and 120°bends, the transmission improvements are from 69% and 48% to 95% and 91%, respectively.
