Shifting frontiers of control during closedown processes

Abstract: PurposeThis paper aims to explore and analyse how shifting frontiers of control emerge and change the labour process so that restrictions to output become diminished, subsequently affecting organisational performance.Design/methodology/approachMultiple case study design.
