Abstract: Background/Objectives: Aging leads to physiological changes influenced by lifestyle, environment, and genetics, increasing the risk of morbidity and mortality in older adults. COL1A1 gene encodes an essential protein in connective tissues, which is associated with musculoskeletal lesions.
