Short-Term Lifestyle Strategies for Sustaining Cognitive Status

Abstract: Cognitive decline impacts older adults, particularly their independence. The goal of this project was to increase understanding of how short-term, everyday lifestyle options, including physical activity, help an older adult sustain cognitive independence.
