Should we resect all multiple intraspinal extradural arachnoid cysts?report of a case

Abstract: Multiple spinal extradural arachnoid cysts (SEACs) are relatively rare lesions, which may cause symptoms due to spinal cord compression. Radical resection of multiple SEACs during one-stage surgery is the primary treatment for the rare lesion, because of its effective and safe operation.
