“…Osteoarthritis (OA) of the gleno-humeral joint is one of the most common causes of shoulder pain, which is more common in women and appears to increase with age [6] Findings from other studies also identified tendinitis, bursitis and impingement syndrome, as the most frequent group of diagnoses for both women and men [4,15,27].
