Abstract:A 38-year-old woman was admitted to our university hospital with loss of muscle strength. She was diagnosed with dermatomyositis and underwent contrast-enhanced computed tomography of the entire body to check for malignant tumors. Computed tomography revealed multiple enhanced hepatic nodules and an extrahepatic portosystemic shunt.
