SIAH1 ubiquitination-modified HMGCR inhibits lung cancer progression and promotes drug sensitivity through cholesterol synthesis

Abstract: Backgrounds Lung cancer is one of the most frequently diagnosed cancers and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.
