Abstract: Jupiter's magnetosphere exhibits notable distinctions from the terrestrial magnetosphere. The structure and dynamics of Jupiter's dawnside magnetosphere can be characterized as a competition between internally driven sunward flow and solar wind‐driven tailward flow.
