Abstract:Palmatine as a natural isoquinoline alkaloid possesses biological activity, low toxicity, biodegradability, fluorescence, and antibacterial properties; however, the low fluorescent intensity and poor stability hindered its practical applications, especially in bioimaging, detection of probes, and functional dyes as the fluorophore.
