Abstract:Moloney murine leukemia virus-based vector expressing Escherichia coli beta-galactosidase (lacZ) as reporter gene and the transposon Tn5 neomycin resistance (neo) gene was transduced at low-multiplicity of infections into NIH 3T3 cells.
