Silicium‐Komplexe. VI. Oxalato‐silicate und Oxalato‐germanate

Abstract: Durch Reaktion von SiCl4(GeCl4) oder Diaryldichlorsilanen (‐germanen) mit Silberoxalat und quartären Ammonium‐ oder Phosphoniumjodiden wurden Verbindungen folgender Zusammensetzung dargestellt: Diese hydrolysebeständigen Produkte wurden durch IR‐Absorptionsspektren, Leitfähigkeitsmessungen und thermischen Abbau charakterisiert. Die bei Umsetzungen der Monoorganotrichlorsilane erhaltenen Verbindungen entsprechen etwa der Formulierung (R4E)[RSi(C2O4)2] und sind extreme hydrolyseempfindlich.
