Silicon Micromixers with Infrared Detection for Studies of Liquid-Phase Reactions

Abstract: We present an integrated microchemical system that combines micromixing, a reaction channel, an IR detection region, and temperature control for monitoring and kinetic studies of liquidphase reactions.
