Silicone Oil Migration to the Lateral Rectus Muscle: An Unusual Finding

Abstract: We report a case of silicone oil migration to the lateral rectus muscle discovered during otherwise uncomplicated strabismus surgery in a patient with multiple previous vitreoretinal surgical interventions.
