Abstract:Background
Re-emergence of HHV-8-induced Kaposi sarcoma (KS) in people living with HIV (PLWH) despite antiretroviral therapy (ART) poses a clinical challenge as these people already have favorable CD4 T-cell numbers and undetectable viral loads.
