Abstract:The high-sensitivity analytical method for the determination of N-nitroso duloxetine (NDXT), which can be carcinogenic and harmful in duloxetine drug products, was successfully developed utilizing liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
