Abstract:Several bacterial species have been found to involve the biomineralization phenomenon promoted by them. The formation of calcium carbonate mineral (calcification) is most abundant phenomena as biomineralization by bacteria. Here we introduce the simple assessing method of calcification catalyzed by thermophilic bacteria.
