(S)-4-(3-18F-Fluoropropyl)-L-Glutamic Acid ([18F]FSPG) is a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer that specifically targets the cystine/glutamate antiporter (xc-), which is frequently overexpressed in cancer and several neurological disorders.
